Viva air Poor Service

Viva air have a very poor check in process we could not do a online check in on our flight from Bogota to Cartagena or the return. When you are about to finish the online check in the page freezes. And then you have to pay COP 65 000 per person. At the check in at Bogota the viva air attendant told us if we have problems with the online check in we should come two hours before boarding with the online check in coda and they said they would do it for us at the counter so we would not have to pay for the check in. It was a lie because the attendant at the Cartagena check in said she could not help us even though we arrived early and the flight was delayed two hours. We had to pay for check in again at COP 65 000 per person. We were not the only ones every passenger in our line had to pay check in. It’s a dishonest way of making money for the airline and it is very unprofessional. They are also the only airline that don’t have online check in facilities at the airport were you can do a self check in and print your tickets further convincing me they do not want you to be able to do the online check in because they want you to pay the COP 65 000 extra per person!
