VIVA garage service is bad

on the 14 March 2021 around 12:30 i went to viva garage at kroondal rustend to buy electricity i send my daughter and son to buy R2000.00 electricity for me but took a long time i decided to go and check them, i asked whats happening and the sales lady told she cant sell R2000.00 elecricity, they have a limit of R1000.00 i said its fine please give my R2000.00 back so that i can go and buy electricity somwhere else because if she gives me two R1000.00 electricity my units will reduce. she said that she already punched it i asked that did she explain to my children before making that decision we argued and i asked for the manager and he told i go whever i want he will not give me back my money i dont have electicity in my house, VIVA garage is still sitting with my R2000.00
