WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS INSUARANCE FOR A THING!!!!

I have put in a claim in October 2024 and I still haven't received anything from the claim. I have been paying this insurance since 2020 for my Huawei P40 lite and I got ****** in October, I was then told I need to pay R2 283.70 for excess fee to get a new phone which I did say I cannot afford(that's even a lot of money for a Huawei excess fee when an iPhone user pays way less than that for excess fee) I asked to be given a settlement amount rather since I feel the excess fee for a new phone is too much. I am being offered R1 715.30 with an excess fee of R571.76. I've been paying this insurance since 2020 for me to be getting R1 715. 30 of which I had to agree to cause I have no choice I can't afford to pay R2 283.70 for a new phone. I had to do follow ups in between for me to get feedback and all that. Today is the 3rd of Jan 2025 and I have not received the settlement amount. This insurance is definitely the reason why I'll never ever insure a phone because at the end of the day you get peanuts to nothing from it when you have been paying for so many years!!!!!
