Viva Life Insurance Limited and Techsured ******** syndicate

Extremely disappointed with Techsured and Viva Life Insurance Limited, After my phone was recently ******, I submitted a claim, only to be told they need the original receipt—even though I bought the phone years ago! Who keeps a receipt for that long? This is just a way to avoid paying out claims. To make matters worse, their standard policy says NOTHING about needing proof of purchase for a claim. I trusted this company to have my back when things went wrong, but now I feel completely let down. What’s the point of having insurance if they make it impossible to use when you actually need it? They are in the business of ****ming people. I don't recommend it
