Unauthorised Additional Charges
Do not sign up for Life Insurance with this dishonest company.
I signed up with them and all of a sudden I have 6 additional Debit Orders that went off my account called "My Debt" and "Phone Prot" ranging from R120 - R150.
Those unauthorised Debit Order are from Ignition Group Investments and Comit Technologies. I did some digging and found that Viva Life, Comit and Ignition Investments are all subsidiaries of the Ignition Group.
I managed to contest these Debit Orders and get my money back and have canceled the Viva policy.
