THEFT (UNDER FALSE PRETENCES)

During late Feb/ early March, I received a call from the holding company for Viva Life Insurance offering me a personal loan. They informed me (after ensuring that they had all my details as correct on their system) that while they were \processing the loan application""; but they were sure to debit my account for the fee. I have sent mails to instruct cancellation of this policy; but to date; have had NO RESPONSE at all from them. The debit orders have been running on my bank acct; and they had the audacity to double debit their fee at the end of April. To date; I have still had no response from this company; they have chosen to ignore my emails; and continue *****ing money from me on a monthly basis. It's companies like this that force the public to become rude towards all telemarketers and it's sad that places like this have to make use of such ************;dishonest methods to make money! I want his cancelled and my money returned. """
