No service delivery!

I will never recommend huawei cares insurance to anyone their services is pathetic and they take months before they can fix your phone I had put in a claim 2 months back for my phone and they have only responded once stating they will review the claim and every time u call them they are having a back log of claims but they have the resources to debit us every month without fail my sister had the same problem and ended up paying an excess fee for damages she didn't even claim for.... I am sick and tired of calling Huawei insurance company I am paying for an insurance policy which doesn't even deliver I would highly recommend people who have the insurance policy active to cancel immediately as their services are pathetic!!!
