Mad customer

I joined viva Cover during December 2021 to insure my Huawei phone, few months down the line, I changed banks and called them to inform them of the changes and that's where the problem started. When the date came to debit, they sent me an sms stating that my policy has been canceled, I called them to inquire and they told me that I reversed their debit order and if I want to re-instate the policy I should pay for 2 months and write a letter, I did all that and 2 months down the line, same things happened, I went to my bank to find out what could be the cause and they insured me that everything was fine on their end and suggested I send viva a copy of my banking details via E-mail and I did. They were supposed to debit again in September but they sent another sms canceling my policy, I E-mailed them to enquire again and they told me the same thing, again I went to my bank and they told me there were no reversed debit orders and suggested I tell viva Cover to do a debit check to make matters easier for both parties, I suggested that and they never got back to me regarding that issue but instead sent an E-mail telling me that my policy can't be re-instated and that they'll refund me the last payment I made. I wrote numerous complaints to them and I requested proof of the "reversed debit orders" and they only provided me with one which didn't make sense, I questioned them about it and they never got back to me. I've read all the reviews here on hello Peter regarding them and non of them are positive, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to insure their phone with them not to.
