Income Protection Plan claim - Viva life Insurance

Good day,<br> <br> I am lodging a complain about the income protection plan I have with viva life. I got retrenched at my work and I put a claim to them on the 11th March 2015, attached a retrenchment letter.When i do follow up, they don't come with feedback to inform on how far is the process with the claim. I called on the 17th March 2015 to and spoke to the lady by the name of Lorraine who told me that Winnie is the lady who does the claims and i left my numbers with her for Winnie to call me back. On the 18/03/2015. I called again to follow up , Spoke to Rebbecca and she put me on hold and she came back to me to say that Winnie is busy with my claim and that she will call me back. She never did. Yesterday again , I called and I spoke to Rebecca and she told that their number is busy she will ask her to call me back. She never called. I have been sent from pillar to post and this is really frustrating me as I have been doing this with no help. Today I called and spoke to Bandile, He took my numbers. I'm even awaiting for my policy number that I requested from them when I took this policy. I even sent an email to them to respond and give feedback or to call me back. Kindly please ass
