I have never in my life seen a business that was as *********** as huaweicares cellphone insurance. I had an incident with my phone on 19 August until date without a phone. No updates, no way forward, nothing is happening. There cant be a backlog of 2 months. Right now i think i want my premiums back and i will fix my phone by myself.cheeez. This is the worst insurance experiece i have ever come across. I will not recomend anyone to use this insurance. I am NOT HAPPY at all. wondering if this is all a **** or what.
