HUAWEI CARE INSURANCE IS USELESS

I had an incident on the 8th of August 2021 where i dropped my phone my Huawei p40 phone and it cracked the screen and the phone ink was all over the screen had to take it to the service center to get a quote for the insurance and I logged my claim online and waited for days for their response only to find out later that if you claim online it will not be considered a valid claim you need to call in, then i eventually called in and claim was opened and had to fill in some forms and returned them and called them again to ask if they received anything as they didn't say anything only then they submitted my forms to be assessed so till today still waiting for my claim to be assessed, but they don't take this long to debit my account this is really frustrating and annoying the fact that I even use my phone for work purposes. HUAWEI CARE service is a mess.
