Horrible service and no customer care at all!!!!!

I submitted my documents for my cell phone, i sent through all the required documents, on the proof of purchase there was no EMI no for the cellphone however the EMI number i provided them when taking up the policy is the same one on the technicians report from Hauwei Care outlet. What is really concerning is that they didn't seem to care about the proof of purchase when they called me regarding taking up the policy, however when it's time to claim they are not fussy for the proof of purchase, what really made me to even cancel the insurance is the fact that I took the phone to Hauwei Care outlet and for me my phone was insured with Hauwei, so for them to provide excellent service they would have been able to verify the EMI number. I must say Viva insurance was not helpful at all. I will be taking this further I want to find the highest person in that company. They are really making a bad name for Hauwei Care outlets, I would not advise anyone to take insurance with them. Extremely disappointed ex-client.
