Extremely Disappointed!

I damaged my phone almost a month ago and the last time they gave me a solid update was a week ago where they said everything was finalized and that they would be in contact shortly. Maybe I don't understand what the term 'shortly' means, but a week later they still tell me they are awaiting for an outcome.

When I sent the required documents I had to call myself to check if they had received because a couple of days had passed without them acknowledging that they had received them. Even their staff is very rude and cold as if they are doing us favours. They are very quick to debit their money and I'm sure they are waiting for my pay date to debit again, yet they are doing nothing for me. I even had to pay myself when I took the phone for assessment in their repair center, yet was told that they make the payments.

Disappointed is in fact an understatement of how I feel right now. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, no matter how desperate you are. Just DON'T
