am not happy about how you ******* me

One of your consultant called me and said I have won myself airtime then he took my ID no, bank account , addresses and all the staff whereby I refused to join the policy.. After he hang up the found I received an SMS saying welcome to viva life policy, month end I was suprised to receive other SMS saying I did not pay my policy, the following month I received on other SMS saying I did not pay and it has gone into erreas.. Plz remove my name from your system
