You will pay more than you thought

So we went to the Rosebank gym last week and got a leaflet and where told that if we signed up on November we'd get the membership for 219 p/m (as what was written in the leaflet). The person showing us around had no idea when I asked about apportionment for the month of November, and he couldn't answer me when I explained. So we didn't sign up right then as we wanted to speak to someone when could answer our questions. So I spoke to a lady on the phone and she informed me that if you sign up for a year, the first 6 months is at R 219 and the following would be around R40 more. It doesn't say anything like that on the leaflet nor where we informed about it when we were there. I don't think its right nor good business practice. We will have to really consider our options given this first impression.
