Worst experience with any gym to date

If I could I would rate it a solid half a star. Let me say, I would rate VIVA Gym Oakdene half a star because I cannot speak for the other gyms as I have not had any experience with them.

I've had an all-around terrible experience thus far. As mentioned by other members, their management is terrible, terrible training of staff members (as much as I want to be angry with them, I cannot blame the staff for bad management, bad support and bad training on Viva's side).

I got injured twice in the gym, first time from FAULTY EQUIPMENT - which took them 3 months of complaints to have seen too and replace said equipment!! No, follow up on complaints from head office, no follow up from gym management - if anything the management were causing the biggest resistance. Just an all-around terrible experience really.

The second time I got injured, I had to be carried out by my training partner who was given a WARM cold pack when she reported it. As she helped me towards the exit the staff member looked up briefly as we hobbled along and continued to watch his YouTube videos satisfied that the warm as **** cold pack which looked re-used was enough and a job well-done for him (again bad training! He can't take the blame for not being taught how to handle situations like this)

I am literally just waiting until my contract expires at this point
