Viva Gym sucks

Viva Gym Rosebank sucks! Their staff is not trained to talk to customers and their lateness in debiting my account has caused a financial MESS for me.

Also, my contract ended and they KEPT charging for what they call a 'month-to-month' membership which I DIDN'T sign up up for!

HOW CAN YOU KEEEP CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR????

I have cancelled my membership.
