VIVA GYM ****MED ME!! Dont Trust Them and Their Workers!!

<p>I joined VIVA last year (with many of my collegues) . I consulted there for more than a week before I actually signed up (Rosebank). When I was there, the lady that helped me told me about the month to month contract as I told her that I am not always in Joburg. She told me about this month to month contract. She even advised me to know do a debit order when paying my fees and that I must pay at Viva the months that I will be in Joburg. You can check Viva people, you guys dont have my banking details. A VIVA employee advised me and told me to do this. Now that I havent trained in 2 months coz I wasnt in the province they are telling me I owe them!! Went directly to the ladies that told me about this when I joined and now they are saying they never told me this. Like ***!!! How can I just join something without asking. The lady specifically told me this contract was the right one for me. Now they are denying it!!</p> <p>So whos fault is it that the staff members when I joined werent sure about the terms and conditions of their contracts?? I dont care whether they were new or not. Its not my fault they shared the wrong information with me. I have never been so ****ed!! Cant wait to tell ALL of my collegues to leave this gym. That new Virgin Active in Rosebank is looking good. Viva Gym must stop this false advertising. Getting customers and telling them lies then later change their statemments. Nxa I wanna cancel it NOW!!!</p>
