Viva gym Montana keeps on deducting money after cancellation

Viva gym Montana.I have been trying for a year now to cancel this membership. I had 3 memberships my own one and then 1 for my 2 teenagers 2 of the membership have been cancelled but the other one I have cancelled and have the proof of it but stillig is being deducted from my bank when I phone the manager isn’t there if I asked for head office number then the employee of Viva gym just say head office don’t have a number. Wil this ever be resolved or am I going to pay for this for something I don’t use!!!!!!!!!!
