Viva Gym is the worst

Viva gym continues to debit my account even though I've cancelled my membership. When I tried to communicate with the staff at Rosebank they put the phone down without giving me any assistance. It is outrageous and I don't know how they can still get away with this **************** and disgusting customer service.
