viva gym ****ing *******!!!

Dear Viva gym Please advise how is it possible to debit someones account when said person does NOT even have a contract with you. I did not open an account with viva gym yet I have been debited for over 3 months. Please send me my so called contract where I've signed and authorised you ****** to debit my account
