VIVA Gym disappointment!!!!!!!!!

Despite all my efforts online, telephonically, email and phone calls my membership still haven't been cancelled since April 2019. They are still debiting my account which I do not use anymore and now RD's recorded on my name?????? This is blatantly disgusting as I have to explain to future credit providers the situation and/or my applications will be declined??? I am an owner of a business as well.... imagine the impact of this on my business???
