Viva dont do refunds at all according to terms

Only accepts debit order as payment no other options but have the following in their terms. They dont refund anything at all thats why they insist on debit order. Be very wary of this company. Wanted to sign up but this was a major red flag for me.

4.1. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, payments made by debit order are not refundable under any circumstances.
