VIVA doesn't cancel contracts as per CPA requirements

I cancelled my contract at the beginning of 2022, giving my rightful 30 day notice, as per the Consumer Protection Act. You then started charging R99 per month, for what I don't know as there is no access to the gym. Why are you not following the laws, as prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act. If you bill me R99 one more time I will report you accordingly.
