Vitality points manual log system does mot work
<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have recently joined Viva gym Hillfox.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have a manual log on system to redeem vitality points for each workout.</p> <p> </p> <p>we have gone every day so far and have logged on, however I dont get my points as its not logged with Vitality. This is really frustrating.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p>AJ</p>

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the Vitality kiosk at the Hillfox branch.
We have notified the branch , they have reset the machine and a few profiles have been monitored and points have logged .It is running smoothly now.
