Think twice about the nice price, buying cheap means buying twice!!

We were pulled to viva gym montana for the "nice price" go read what their website says about what u can expect there and think again, there has been a problem with the water fountains after week 2 of us being there, i repored it, then machines like tricep press start breaking and left without warnings for members to keep using i reported it, then u notice the equipment that is heavy and supposed to be fixed to the floor not secured and level... I reported it, it started getting bad when i get into my seasions and get to equipment and there are no weight indications on the actual weights so i can see the KG im using, as i record my trainings this is quite important to me, i reported it... Today i blew it cause nothing has been done to rectify the problem after 3 months?? I tried canceling but smiling staff thinking its very funny had it turn out i cant, i should have never canceled with virgin active, trust me people, we never learn! Tha grass just aint greener on the other side!! Now i have to go through all kinds of **** to get out of that gym! If i was you, think twice bout viva! Just saying, you get what u pay for! And u dont get that much! Sorry Virgin Active if I only knew better!!

Hi Kevin
As discussed on the phone this morning, yours is the first complaint we have received about our equipment. The water pressure on the water fountains is set at its optimal level and will be monitored on an ad hoc basis by staff.
There was a problem with the tricep press back in Jan/Feb. There was an 'out of order' sign placed on it. The supplier fixed the arm, which was the problem, but it was still not satisfactory and we insisted on new armrests being fitted. This took a little longer to sort out than we would have liked, but we strive to sort out issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All of our strength equipment which is required to be bolted down from a health and safety point of view is bolted down.
The weights in the gym had plastic tags with the weight displayed on them. Some of these fell off and were replaced by staff members.
At Viva Gym, we remain committed to providing modern, well equipped gym spaces which are great value for money.
