I've been trying to get an unauthorized debit order taken from my son's account refunded. Victoria from Viva Hilfox responded to me once saying that my son agreed to this when he did not.

Ive sent email after email requesting a refund since they are debiting 2 other members fees from my student son's bank account

Victoria is blatantly ignoring my attempts to get this resolved. I'm considering canceling all these memberships and moving elsewhere
