TERRIBLE customer service!!

<p>We then received a cancellation sms, which was amazing news, just to get a sms a few days later saying that we should ignore the cancellation sms and we don't have to pay for August! That's not all, they "tried" taking the money from our account!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is September and the problem hasn’t been solved!!</p>
