Rude Staff Member

Entered into the cycle studio this morning to do a class and one of your staff members came into the studio asking if we did not see the sign on the door.

Firstly I did see the sign on the door and did not think it was a problem as there was no one in the studio doing the online class. The sentiment of the other rider.

Secondly if you DID not want anybody in the studio at the time of the class then A: you should have locked the doors or at least have a staff member there to prevent anybody from entering and to explain why not.

Then to be spoken to by your staff member in the manner in which I was spoken to is unacceptable in my books. A mere pleasantness would have gone a long way. I believe this staff member does require some form of further training in how to deal with members.

For this reason and this reason alone I am cancelling my membership at the gym. I have never been spoken to like that before and do not take it lightly.
