Poor poor poord

<p>I joined Viva Gym in December 2016 on a month to month basis with the hopes that i would not be tied down to a contract or debit orders every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>But since December, I have not been to Viva and yet they still debitting my account and I always reverse the charge because I am merely on a month to month. Them taking off these debit orders every month, messes with my other debit orders and then I am always left in a situation because Viva is so quick to take their money despite me putting a debit order block on them. When I did that, they decided to chnage the amount from R299 to R599!!! And then again, i was inconvenienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called wanting to cancel this nonsense of a gym membership and they said I had to pay for the month before I cancel... FOR WHAT???? I haven't used their facilities since forever. I can literally count the times on one hand that I've been there.</p>
