Poor customer service

This gym has terrible customer service. They need to train all of their employees including the Manager. They are dismissive, rude and unprofessional. I've had three bad experiences with them and I'm definitely not going back. Cheaper gym fees do not equal poor customer service! I'd rather pay more.
