Pathetic service

I have cancelled my membership over a year ago via their website to date my membership has not been cancelled even after me finally getting through to the manager in december 2020 by the name karel. He requested i send an email and will resolve to date nothing has been done. I have had to now go again to the gym personally spoke to Caleb who said they will see how they can help but refuses to give me the new managers details or their account departments mail. This service is pathetic and i have reported the matter to the consumer complaints. I require a full refund.
