Pathetic gym

<p>Hi, I have a month to month contract at Viva Gym. In my contract under the cancelations it states that I have until the last day of each calender month before 10 pm CAT to CANCEL my membership . After a week of trying to cancel I finally gave up and called where they told me I have until the 25th to cancel. That is in contrast with what I signed in my contract when I joined. I was never notified of this term of cancelation and expected it to work like my contract states. Now they tell me I will basicly be forced to pay for the next month. It is absolutly ridiculous to expect me to pay when my contract says I have until the last calender day of each month to cancel. Your customer service is pathetic. Not even the people at the gym who awnsered my call new about the the policy abaut canceling before the 25th,to their knowledge you should be able to cancel according to the contract. I would give you less than one star if I could. I expect to be refunded immediatly if the debit order goes through. It really is pathetic service that you clients recieve.</p>
