Month to Month Contract
<p>Hi</p> <p>I am on that month to month contract with Viva. I personally go pay there every month myself. December and January, I did not pay as I was not in the Province (GP-Rosebank). so I did not use any of their facilities for 2 months. Am I expected to pay for the 2 months that I wasnt in Joburg (leave) even though I never set foot there?? This month to month, how does it work? I was told by the staff there that you pay for the month u go to the gym and if you dont go you dont pay??</p> <p>Whats happening??</p>

Our month to month membership is designed to enable members to cancel at any time during the month, by midnight on the 25th, so that they are not charged in the following month. As it is not a pay-as-you-go membership, it will be charged every month until such time as you cancel.
