Membership not canceled
<p>I asked to cancell my memebvership in July and agreed to the fees (half of remaining months with only 3 months remaining). I have been still paying monthly debts and even after confirming with the manager that its been canceled, i am still getting debit orders going off. please pay back what is owed to me wich is R253,5 (for the 3 months after cancelation after fees have been paid) and anothe R169 for the month of November. </p>

We can see from our records that you requested the amount for the cancellation fee, but this was never paid. Therefore, the membership continued as usual, being charged each month.
Our 12 month contracts roll over to month to month contracts after the 12 months has expired and continue until cancelled by the member. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have cancelled your membership with immediate effect and requested a refund to your bank account for the November fees.
