Membership cancellations

I am really struggling to stop my contract! The reset password never reaches my inbox so I am unable to do it online. I am at my wits end with this, been trying for 3 months. My subscription is finish but debit orders are going off monthly. Surely someone must be able to help me telephonic with this??!! I've mail, I've phoned my gym, but going in circles! This is my last attempt.
