Manager rude to client

So today I finally got a freind to start training at the viva gym facility at oakdene after a whole lot of convincing, long story short he had on a pair of light weight training shoes(due to the fact that he was shot a few weeks ago) he got a special pair of training shoes... Whilst training the lady Nonhlanhla who works there rudely walks up to hi. Saying Ya this is not gym shoes it's 'slip slops' you can't wear this, he then showed her that it is a pair of gym shoes with the correct sole on it. She then continues to be rude and threatened to cancel he's gun membership which is not even 2 days old and when he requested to speak to a manager she then said she is the manager, IS THIS THE KIND OF PERSON YOU REALLY TRUST IN RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS???? Please note he was not rude to her at all and then to top it off another staff member comes to her they then start speaking about him in thier language. I personally run a business and deal with customers day in and out can we really afford to treat customers this way I'm this day and age? This is really pathetic I have refered 4 people to this gym in the last 3 months and they all signed on membership and it is disgusting to see staff members treat clients as such!!! And also to add when she heard that I am going to report her she removed her name badge.
