Lazy careless staff at Viva Gym

I cant believe the kind of staff working at Viva Gym.

I understand that we must sanities our hands and have our temperature checked.

I don't understand why the staff who are suppose to be at the turnstile on entry are not there - they are chatting and laughing with other staff and people. While waiting at the turnstile - the staff look at me and don't approach to do their job. after waiting in frustration I just went in and then was called after walking 5 meters after the turnstile and a staff member even blocked my from walking - these are the same staff members which were chatting away.

I mean should the staff not be at there positions instead of chatting away with others? I understand that standing at the turnstile is redundant but when seeing a client walk in through the main doors, i think it would be acceptable to then go to the turnstile.

I have never experiences this **** at any other gym
