It's funny how Viva gym is quick to send emails on outstanding payments but when a payment is made, they're very *********** to notice or make changes to ones account.

On Tuesday, 18 Dec I paid R289 to the viva gym account and sent Elvis Mvalo a POP promised that changes will be made at the head office on my account but funny enough my account is still arrears - can someone more professional explain to me how the hell hasn't my payment gone through???
