Gym supports theft

I joined the gym in Rosebank about three months back. On 13 April 2018 someone who was clearly fami**** with my movements and possessions broke into my locker at the the Viva Gym in Rosebank and took only my two phones. I had money there and other valuable items but they only took the phones. I informed the gym and they told me to fill in their incident report and told me their manager would be in touch. That never happened, after a week of me following up their manger Serijke Grobler responds with a generic answer that there are no camera's in the locker rooms as they cannot view people nude. I waited over a week just to receive that response?! I t just goes to show that they did not even bother to check the CCTV footage from reception or if they did it most likely revealed that one of their employees took the cell phones. Whatever the truth is we will never know as they chose the ***ard way out and chose not to be accountable or helpful at all regarding this matter. For anyone reading this I would suggest you stay way from this establishment.
