Gym Power failure
<p>Yesterday i went to gym only to find out they have no power, Iv attended many gyms and have always been notified that a gym would be closed, The fact that i had to go to the branch to find out i cant train is rediculas, especially since i pass two other gyms on my way home from work, do i get refunded for time i wasnt allowed access to a gym or why couldnt i go to another branch, Any ways Hope i can train today</p>

We are sorry that you were inconvenienced. The power outage was caused due to a substation failure. We kept the gym open while our emergency lights were still on. These last for an hour. When they went off, we had no option but to close the gym from a health a safety perspective. We did not notify members as we were experiencing intermittent power and the City could not tell us when power would be fully restored.
We are in touch with the City today, trying to ascertain what the problem is, as there was another outtage this morning. Currently, power has been restored.
