GYM COMPANY East Rand Mall I have been harassed by their accounts department I took out a contract for 3 years that was from January 2017 to February 2020 until now they are still debiting my account please help how can I resolve this matter. They are telling me that I should have asked for a form to terminate the contract how can I do that when I have signed a contract for three years I have requested that can they please email that form they have not done that. Kindly assist how do I get these people off my back cause the service from their accounts department is very pathetic.
