********** Vivo Rewards debit order R119

On the 31st August 2018 my FNB account was debited R119 with (TALARABIAN) reference and I have no contract or rewards agreement with Vivo GYM. I do not know where this company obtained my banking details and well as my ID number but this ********** activity can not be left to go on ahead, I want answers. Their contact number of ********** 039 does not work.
