FIRST impressions says everything and viva gym is exceptionally good at bad impressionS

<p>Hey</p> <p>So I was referred to Viva gym by an employee, with high expectations I approached the female receptionist and was blatantly ignored until a fellow employee pointed out that there is a client in front of her, but when she did decide to help me she was rude . I asked to do a walk through the gym but she was unfortunately not able to assist me and another person had to help her with the system, I politely said it's okay I'll do it some other time and thanked them for the effort . To my surprise I heard "okay dan " mumbled as I walked away . I am deeply disappointed, the lady who helped is the face of the company and being greeted in such a manner on your first visit is uncomfortable and a bad face of the company . </p>
