Debit order after canceling

I called viva gym Oakdene last month 25 November 2017 to say I want to cancel my membership as my 12 month contract is complete and a guy told me it gone month to month automatically I said no problem I understand I didn't cancel before so its fine I'll pay this month but next Month I want it to end cos I don't use the gym he said go online and you can cancel I said I don't know how to do this please can you help me he said ok come cancel at branch Friday the 1st so I met katlego she said its canceled on the system when she checked I wasn't convinced so she said she will call me in one hour to confirm that she called to say no its not I must come sunday the 3rd but this morning SMS came to my phone to say debit order of R269 went of Friday the 1st I am so ****ed even I wanted to talk to head office but zaza told me they closed I want my refund for this month please and I don't want to be affiliated with viva anymore please please please
