Day light *******

I have joined viva Gym about a year and a half I was on a month to month contract, I have relocated and asked them to cancel my subscription after a month I received a sms notification saying that I have an unpaid debit order. I called then and they said they do not have any record me cancelling the contract. I advised the gentleman that assisted to cancel it immediately and he said thy cannot cancel why the is an outstanding amount. I wrote an email to them till to day no feedback now thy have not cancelled my contract and I keep on receiving sms from them that my account is behind. This is the stupidest gym I have ever join in my life I have never had any problem with Gym company virgin active the list goes on they service is pathetic. For such a big company to rob people this is day light ******* and I have also advised my friends that I have referred to viva to cancel as they are a shirty company even on the email I gave them my number *** but none of them bothered to lift up their fat asses like they did when thy wanted me to join. they are all bunch of idiots that only want to take our monies for **** am very disappointed in their service they don’t even deserve a star.
