Bad Service and Customer Exploitation

I subscribed to Viva for 6 months, in December there was a problem with my stop order, they black listed me. I went back to cancel my membership with them and paid the penalty in January, they failed to cancel my membership and continued to deduct money from me. I went back to them to tell them that I cancelled my membership. They are telling me that I must pay them R200+ to get my membership cancelled
