Bad Customer Service, terrible to the mouth

I always tell people about Viva Gym Fourways but after today's experience, I will NEVER EVER tell anyone about this Gym. I called today requesting assistance in cancelling my memebership, now I am aware that it can be done online however the email I used to register is canceled. 1. Nonhlanhla could not pronounce my surname correctly instead in her own words "___or Something". 2. When I told she was being rude guess what she gives me a big sigh over the phone and puts on hold knowing very well the call will be disconnected which it did. If this Nonhlanhla is not aware, Viva gym is a service provider and if she cannot provide or does not know what is customer service she should not be in that space at all. There's a lot of people looking for Jobs that can do a better Job than her. She does not respect her clients/customers at all and that is so sad for a Gym like.
