Bad customer service

Viva Gym took a debit order after I paid them the monthly premium. I requested a refund two weeks ago. I received emails back every time up until I advise them to refund the monies bank in my account. I still await another response after 4 emails and there is no contact number for a call centre and the number for Oakdene branch just rings. When the premium doesnt get paid they are quick to not let you in the gym, but when the owe you money they dont refund same.
