<p>Hi , i joined sometime ago think it was in the beginning of the year , i havent been to gym due to some personnel issues i took out a month to month contract with you guys, the first email was sent in June to please cancel my member ship and yet still nothing has been done R279 a month , really is this how you treat people just rob them of their money ? i want to please have thsis money to be refunded for these months!!!</p>

Our month to month memberships can be cancelled online at any time between the 1st and 25th of the month so as not to be charged the following month.
As we mentioned in our email to you, we do not have any record of emails received from you requesting cancellation (apart from the one you sent yesterday). If you can let us have copies of the emails sent requesting cancellation, we will certainly investigate and refund any money due to you.
